Taos Creek Cabins Policies*
Reservations No reservations will be made or held without a credit card number. We will not hold a cabin without receipt of deposit in advance. Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total. Reservations for one night will be charged the full amount as the deposit. Deposits may be paid by credit card, check or money order. There is a 2 night minimum stay for weekend reservations unless approved otherwise. Quoted rates assume 2 people in a one bedroom cabin or 4 people in a 2 bedroom cabin. Extra guests will be charged $15.00 per night per person. Pets are welcome for $7.50 per pet per night. Cancellations If a reservation is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date, then the 50% deposit will be refunded, less 15% filing fees. If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, then the 50% deposit will not be refunded. Early departures will be treated as a cancellation. Holidays There is a 2 night minimum stay for holidays. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO STAY TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. Refunds will be charged 15% filing fees. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within the 30 day period.
